1. What is the price of delivery?

Free 2nd class Royal Mail delivery (3-5 days) on all UK orders over £15!
UK orders under £15 will be charged £3.99 (3-5 days).
Super-fast 1st Class Royal Mail delivery to the UK charged at £5.99.
European delivery prices start from £7.99.

2. How long does delivery take?

UK: 2nd Class* = 3-5 days / 1st Class = 1-2 days* 

Euro: 3-5 days* depending on your chosen delivery service

*Royal Mail estimated delivery times - please allow 7 working days for your item to arrive before contacting us

Orders purchased before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day to ensure your items arrive super fast! Orders completed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday 

3. What if I live outside the UK?

We post to Europe! If you are shopping from outside the UK, please check out our Delivery Details page to find our European delivery prices. All orders outside the UK will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail Airmail.


4. Can I pay for my order over the telephone?

Yes, of course! If you are having trouble or are not happy paying through our website, our Customer Services team will be happy to accept telephone payments via our manual terminals.

Please call our Customer Services team on 020 8998 1781 between 9am - 5pm (standard charge rate).


5. Can I pay via a credit card or debit card?

We accept ALL major credit and debit cards seamlessly online via our website payment gateways Sagepay and Paypal

6. Can I pay through Paypal?

Lolita Designs accept payments via a Paypal account from either your account balance or a credit/debit card.
Please choose the 'Pay through Paypal' option when at the checkout.


7. What if my item has arrived damaged or broken?

Hopefully this won't happen...but on the rare occasions when it does, please contact our Customer Services team by telephone on 020 8998 1781 or by email at sales@lolitadesigns.co.uk. For more information about Returns Policy, please look at our Returns Policy page

8. How can I cancel my order?

If you have changed your mind about your order with us and would like to cancel AFTER you have already made your payment - please contact us immediately via telephone on 020 8998 1781 (standard national charge) to ensure your order is not dispatched and so we can process your refund as soon as possible.  


9. How can I return my order?

If you are dissatisfied with your order or have you have purchased the wrong item/changed your mind and would like to return it to us, please look at our Returns Policy page to find out more.

10. Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately not. However, if an item is out of stock, please sign up to our newsletter to receive monthly email updates about our 'New In' products and special offers.


11. Can you personalise a glass for me?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service at the moment. However, if you are looking for personalised glass giftware, please take a look at our 'Personalise It' Wine Glass range, perfect for you to personalise at home.


12. Do you offer a gift wrapping service? 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service at the moment - but we do hope to set up a gift wrapping service for our online customers!
